Wednesday noon the European Youth Conference adopted a final declaration and the action plan. In the afternoon it was handed over to European politicians and representatives of European institutions. The document has been discussed over the past two days and reflects the results of the working groups and the overall conference process.

At 2:30 pm in the afternoon the final declaration and the action plan has been delivered to representatives of Europe's political landscape: Dr. Peter Fricke, (Head of the unit "Children and YOUTH" at the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth), Karin Lopatta-Loibl (European Commission, Directorate General for Education and Culture, Youth Policy Unit), Ruth Siemaszko (Divisional Manager, Children, Young People and Families Divison, Department for Education and Skills in the UK, EU Presidency), Ralph-René Weingärtner (Director for Youth and Sports, Council of Europe).
