59,7% Of Young People Engaged Against Racism Result Of EU Internet Consultation

At the initiative of the European Commission young people had the chance to make their voice heard in Europe by taking part in the online consultation: "Young people in Europe: promoting active citizenship and implementing the European Youth Pact".

The aim of the questionnaire was to find out how much young people know about EU youth policies, how they are involved and what their suggestions are regarding future policies at European level.

One question related to the forms of participation of young people. 59, 7% of the young people who replied said that were personally involved in actions against racism and xenophobia.
